Are Mito and Kushina > Tsunade?

I would say at least Mito is. She was said to be able to sense evil chakra, which most likely is a link to KCM. I would say that's above Tsunade.

Kushina on the other hand, didn't have access to KCM or anything of the like. Is her seals enough to win it though? Uzumakis were MASSACRED because of their sealing techs alone, and Kushina was said to be extremely formidable with them. I would almost say that hype alone puts her > Tsunade.

Of course, we don't have hard evidence. This is solely speculation.

Nope. We don't know what Mito was really capable of other than sealing the Kyuubi, impressive, but not enough to put her over Tsunade.

And we've only seen Chakra chains for Kushina, so obviously not. Tsunade's currently the most powerful female shinobi. . .

kushina uses her chains and gets a hold of tsunade, then mito comes in really quick and seals tsunade away or her chakra permanently.

She was the jinchuriki, but I don't think she finished the training that Naruto had to use KCM. BUT! We don't know that. Hashirama is, like, right next to Minato. If he says anything about it, we know that Mito had the power, and he might say this the very next manga set.

We also know jack about Kushina too, aside from whatever her binding chain techniques were. Even with seals, does this trump fast speeds and monstrous strength? I don't think so. These seals are purely conjecture and speculation. We could say anything about these seals to claim a heavy foothold against Tsunade, which would be completely biased.
