No they are not. It didnt happen in the manga. Even if Kishi did write it, it wouldn't make it canon just like Road to Ninja.

The thing is, that is important as to the untold story regarding Tenzou's past, although there were WAYY to many flashbacks to him in the test tube thing

No, some things are innaccurate and it has nothing to do w/ Kishimoto, the anime studio comes up w/ it. It's just filler. You can enjoy it but don't look at it as fact.
