I understand the government's power, but there have to be people in this world who will leak information no matter what.

I think, if it's true, that the government can hide alien contact from us, but sending people to other earth-like places will cause too much attention because it takes planning and payments that black or white head hackers can access, information that people can put onto Wikileaks and all that.

It's a controversial topic, but I feel that I could believe half of your argument, just not the other half.

Alright, here is the thing, yes humans came from earth, im not an expert or even a scientist but its my theory that if life would evolve on other planets it would be in similair ways.
That being said still very differently, but on earth life has many different variations, but would we really be interested in finding other lifeforms to different from us?
If we find alien like cats or dogs then thats one thing, but if were talking about aliens that would talk and behave like us we would likely want them to be similair to use aswell or to have some facts about them to make ourselfs feel safe.

Now we all know that governments, especially the US government can do whatever it wants, as it is above the law, tey can make people disappear, they have unlimited budgets, the best equipments, and they obviously hide things from the public.

Many people, such as me, believe that we have established contact with ET, and they have been here through our rise to civilization, and currently are working with the governments of the world, at sites such as Area 51. No doubt they have shared their technologies with us, their knowledge, and all other things. But the government, acting as it does, has kept this hidden from us.

I believe they have already discovered Earth like planets, and have already sent humans there, but how would we ever know?

Just discuss your thoughts on this subject, also i would like to know, am i the only one here who has had this thought before?

A better question to ask is what do you think they want with us. I try to see that maybe we've made contact and maybe they share things with our government, but why? Why would a civilization so far advanced make friends with a few and not just conquer us all. Or take our world. Unless this is for their amusement. Maybe the people with think who are in power aren't humans at all.

There are theories stating that the big bang may have been a possible cause if we actually share athomic features from out of the Earth. Indeed I do believe we are not alone in the whole universe but I don't believe that million years near us there is actually a life form like us, rather more simple microorganisms or plants. This, if we assume there is water in other planets besides Earth and maybe Mars.

There is no way to prove it without irrefutable evidence. Certainly no one on this site has that so it is only speculation.

Is it possible? Sure but not likely. All life as we know it uses the same type of genetic sequence in their DNA, which suggests we all have the same genetic origin. What differs is the code itself. But if you think about it, everything that makes up the earth came from somewhere else in space. Look up the term "panspermia'. Pretty interesting stuff.

I think the Mars theory is fun to think about, but until we go there and dig deep we just don't know. I also really hope that we have made contact. Most people aren't ready for that to come out though. Too many would panic. As for myself, I want an ET pen pal.

so if a astroid were to hit mars
and blew chunks off


and those chunks crashed into earth...well there you go

that a sudden microorganism came that release oxygen...this would later mess up the atmosphere and throw as into a complete ice age


but after volcanoes blew this ice

the other organism were forced to adapt
