[Discussion] Are Gorosei's strong?

For this not everyone is supposed to agree with me but I believe they're definitely the strongest people out there.

For those who believe someone above Fleet Admiral and Commander in Chief will be weak or are just political, it's really shocking because they all have scars up on their body and The oldest with sword (Gandhi specs one) and The youngest ( Blonde One ) these two definitely look strong.

Also a noticable point is that these Characters didn't age even a bit even after 20 years. By the looks of youngest Blonde one he looks completely younger than Garp, Rayleigh etc. And he hence easily should've been young looking back then but instead they all look the same back then and even today.

What could be the reason IDK but people refer Bonney and her fruit a LOT in this. I know this is far fetched but could it be they are immortal or they track Bonney kind of DF user every time in an era or so and have existed since forever back since the void century? xD Hence they know about it all (void century) and hide it from everyone. This is just assumption so please be easy on me I say none of this fact or even possible true theory. All things I said are how I interpreted text so far.

They sure look much stronger than those weird weak Celestial Dragons xD Not to forget even Doffy is one Celestial though.

The oldest and youngest one sure look like they'd kick ass. Considering Youngest one he looks probably around Akainu's age.

The people you mentioned are generally devil fruit users too and their weakness comes from it Gorosei's from the looks of it won't have such devil fruits I guess. The age factor is still pretty weird though. It could be Bonney since doubt "immortal" stuff in One Piece so far.

The 5 elder star are representatives of the WN's, while Kong is the highest ranking marine.
Gorosei=Political leaders
Kong=highest ranking military leader.

The admirals were said to be the strongest combatant/fighters of the marines.
The Gorosei are the top officials of the WG. Probably related to the WN's.

would love them to be fighters. Monster fighters. Because they look exactly like that. They might not be in the marines but they do control them. And I expect anyone that controls the marines to be strong.

I definately think the goresei are strong.

I just have not decided who I think the final villian/opponent would be.

Im torn between BB, or kong, or the goresei, or some unrevealed people.

If the goresei have haki, then I believe that they are at least pre time skip sanji, if not pretimeskip luffy.

I definately believe they are very strong physically, just not sure how powerful they are in combat.


I think the goresei could make for a very interesting matchup vs the strawhats. Luffy could fight the strongest, and by this time jimbe and another powerful person would join luffys crew effectively making a m5.

Sabo could fight akanui, dragon could fight kong, etc.


I just dont see akanui as the final opponent for luffy.




So simply I definately could see goresei as final opponents level. The reason they have admirals and other powerful people working for them, is because they have a world to run. And it is much easier letting someone else do your work for you than it is doing it yourself.

Why would they have to track bonney's fruit, bonney could be using her fruit to be just as old as they are but look younger. Bonney could be one of the oldest people in this manga.

The Gorosei might as well be immortal - and in combination with the fruit from Bonney, they have just been pushed to their most productive age. Who knows how old are they, right.

They will be made younger by Bonney. I think they are about schihibukai level strength now but when younger and in their prine they would all be admiral level.

The five of them could beat the four yonkou. Not saying that they are individually stronger, just saying they're around Admiral tier.

Tho, they are not the strongest out there. It was already said that Admirals are strongest team of World Goverment. Which mean 3 Admirals > 5 Gorosei. Tho, they are pretty old, maybe in their prime they were beast. Bonney could give them new prime to show their real power.
