Are Dojutsu eye transition's really necessary?

All right I would like to point out that the benefits of having the transitions are that we can distinguish what techs are EMS and what techs are from the Rinnegan.

On the downside though, it really contradicts itself in alot of places. I can't be bothered providing the scans and dialogue which contradict the corresponding dojutsu to its jutsu. But close followers of Madara and PS should know what I mean. U_U

But what I would like to say is that, wouldn't it be much simpler just to have the Rinnegan permanently stay their instead of the constant transitioning from eye to eye? Seeing as it's noted as superior to the EMS I think that it's only fitting. :shrug:

What about ms techs, you need the ms to use them. Cant use them from rinnegan even though it is an evolution.

its probably better to have both, which is why tobi uses sharingan and 1 rinnegan. Also note that the jyuubi had a rinnegan/sharingan mixed eye. This also makes me think that sharingan came from jyuubi not sage but thas a side note ^_^

What I'm saying is that since the Rinnegan is noted as superior to the EMS shouldn't it just be Rinnegan without the unnecessary transitions. Seeing as an EMS gains all the abilities of an MS. Rinnegan imo should be the same. But I do however like the designs of the EMS much better.
