[Debate] Are blacks are more prone to prejudice?

In this video posted here two scenarioes where created where a white guy tried to steal a bike with little to no people trying to do something about it but the moments the roles are reveresed and a black guy is the one doing the stealing everyone gets alarmed and starts panicking. I ask myself what would be the cause of these the kids dressed in a similar pattern but received different reactions why? I would like to get everyones take on this and why this was the scenarioe here.
