Once released, the first wave crashes into an opponent causing internal damage upon impact, the user rides or hides in the second wave but this cannot be seen as the first wave blocks the opponent’s view. Allowing the user to remain hidden and follow up with an attack or jutsu (which cannot be blocked). (Can only be taught by AntiHero)

Because of the cutting nature of wind natue chkara you can not use this technique with puppets only metal based ninja tools. The tools then gain additional sliceing abilites making them able to slice/cut into or through anything. Because this technique requires two hands no other jutsu that requires hand seals can be used while using this technique. (Shadow Clones, and may still use other ninjutsu)
Note: this justu can only be used weapons (kunai/shuriken/swords) not puppets because of the chakra nature involved.

Because arcs can and will jump from wire to wire as well as to the ground this jutsu can also stop doton techniques within the area of where the kunai are thrown. Being struck with a raiton charged kunai will cause partial paralysis until its removed.

Note:not all of the tags used in this technique are explosive some are decoys. Only the user of the technique knows which ones are real and which explosive tags are fake.

(fuuton sune-ku soshaku): Wind Release Snake Bite

Decription:After preforming the needed handseals the user will take a deep breath and release the fuuton chakra into a single easily manipulated vortex of intense chakra infused air.By maintaining the snake hand seal the user of this technique directs the vortex around the opponet lifting them into the air while the vortex continues to spin and strech the top of the vortex smashes the victim with compressed air. The wind released and created by this technique will cause severe cuts all over the victim causing massive blood loss, and dislocations of limbs.

(Raiton: genwaku ranpu nijuu higyou) Lighting Release: Blinding Light Double Strike

Description: After preforming the needed hand seals the user releases their raiton chakra into the atmosphere to cause two lightening strikes. The first strike of negative energy that will blind an opponet, because of the extreme heat/sudden burst of light. The second strike which occurs microseconds after the first is a positive strike that is 5x more powerfull than the previous strike.
Note: the postive and negative strikes of lighting is a scientific fact. Because of the speed at which lightening travels if caught by the blinding stike your can not avoid the second stike.
Note: This jutsu takes two turns to execute unless there is already a storm in play from a previous jutsu eg. chakra sensing rain/ someone is going to use kirin/(Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds.

(Kage kuro-n dou): Shadow Clone Confusion

Description: After creating Kage Bunshin(must be stated previously) the user of this technique. Combines the shadows of the shadow clones to themself. Via the Nara Clans Shadow style techniques. These clones mimic the exact movement of the user, and if the opponet is touched by a Kage Bunshin or their shadow comes in contact with one or the shadows that are connecting the user to the clones. The victim is now entrapped in the shadow release, and is now subject to its effects. The Kage Bunshin are still subject to their strengths and weakneses while used in conjunction with this jutsu.
Note:This jutsu, can only be used once. Per battle If used with another Nara clan jutsu the user can not use any nara clan techniqes for three rounds after because of fatigue, or any techniques above C rank.

Description:After useing Fuuton: Sensougouheki (Wind Style: Rumbleing wind wall) the user exhales a huge fireball that pushes the wall of wind forward in a wave of flames. Anything caught in this combination is severly burned, and will catch on fire. The resulting wave of flames puts off so much heat that the light around the the wave is distorted and decreases accuracy of incomming attacks for one round.
Note: Must use Fuuton: Sensougouheki (Wind Style: Rumbleing wind wall) before this jutsu this round. Also because this is the second part of a jutsu the user is only allowed one additional move for the 3 move total the round this jutsu is used.Also the damage of this technique is 70 instead of 60 because of the wind/fire combination.

It doesn't work like this. By 'this' I am referring to your convenience. When this thread is open you post 5 jutsus. After a week another 5 and so the story goes. The jutsus of your previous post I checked; only 5 of this were checked now.

Description: Curse of the Material World is a skill that a ninja can possess if trained in it. Using this technique, ninja is able to imbue fuuinjutsu in pre-existing objects/material or ones that he/she creates at the moment. The technique works by user doing the necessary sealing technique(s) on the object and using + 20 extra chakra, user imbues the seal into the object/material. The smallest thing that this technique can be used on is a coin sized object and the biggest is a small sized boulder and user's size when performing this on him/herself. Unlike many fuuinjutsus, user cannot use this technique on other living things other than him/herself. This technique doesn't drain chakra from user when the seal in the technique is activated but when the seal's been imbued. When the imbued object comes on contact with target, the target's affected as long as the object's in contact with him/her or as long as the object's not broken.
Note:
- Takes longer time to perform than average jutsu so it's not useful in combat.

Description: User makes Serpent handseal while focusing chakra into his/her palms. Once the chakra is focused and gathered, user ends the serpent handseal and lightning will crackle between the hands. The lightning charge itself will last for two turns before it fades from user's hands. This jutsu is mainly used to start fallen comrades' heart but it can also be used as an offense. If the target is being hit from the offense version of this, it will result 60 damage unless it's a direct hit on opponent's heart are, which will result his/her heart being stopped from the hit.
Note:
- Offensive version can be used twice per battle
- Takes three to five seconds to gather the lightning chakra
- Requires mastery over lightning and knowledge over human's anatomy and/or medical training.

Description: This is an advanced Genjutsu that is being activated by gazing into one's eyes. The genjutsu itself isn't fatal but the effects on the other hand make it harder for the weaker ninjas to continue what they were/are doing. The Genjutsu enchances one's senses and pits them with heavy feeling of responsibility and an illusion where their next action will be vital and they're in war like situation along with hearing screams of their friends, comrades and seeing flashes of them dead. Low ranked shinobis with no experience of leading troops or war situation will perish unlike stronger shinobis who will not be affected of this at all. If affected by this for long time the weak target(s) will be led to edge of desperation where the last option would be suicide to avoid the illusion, responsibility and war situation that this gives.

Description: Jet Dash is similar to Shadowless flight but the difference between them is that Shadowless flight is short timed, fast paced moving. Swift release user makes Boar handseal and gathers chakra into legs, allowing him to run faster compared to normal ninjas for longer distances. This technique is a bit slower than 1st Gate but still it's hard for normal ninjas to keep up with you.

- Normal Swift release rules apply this technique too
- User cannot use Lightning or Wind as long as this is activated.

(Subarashii No Jutsu)-Awesome No Jutsu

Description: The user forces chakra out of their chakra nodes into a visible aura around themselves, similar to a jinchuriki's Tailed-Beast chakra cloak, but on a much weaker level, for a maximum of four turns. This chakra cloak can defend against weapons that aren't chakra-infused, up to B-rank taijutsu (excluding Kaito's Tai, as it incorporates chakra, which will break through the chakra shield), and up to B-rank tangible elements (earth and water) by concentrating the aura into one spot/area to become a small chakra shield (due to the nature of how the cloak defends, it cannot defend against attacks coming from different angles, and the user must be aware of the incoming attack). It can also defend up to B-rank ninjutsu and up to C-rank intangible elements (wind, fire, and lightning) by redirecting the chakra that makes up the attack around the user. This cloak can also defend against up to B-rank genjutsu by sensing a disruption in the user’s chakra system, and returning to the users body, thus breaking the user out of genjutsu in a similar way to jinchuriki.
This jutsu can also create 'arms' similar to Naruto's fox cloak to attack the enemy from an angle unattainable by the user. These arms are slightly weaker than the user’s actual arms, making them desirable only for a defense/distraction until the user can actually attack. When the user uses taijutsu while in the cloak, the chakra focuses around whatever is attacking (fist, foot, sword, etc.) to increase the power of the taijutsu. The cloak also makes all projectiles (kunai, shuriken, etc.) fly through the air with more speed and precision. In addition, with chakra molded and at the ready all around the user, ninjutsu takes much fewer hand seals, though it's power is not increased at all.

Note: ~Genjutsu, elemental jutsu, and Kekkei Genkai cannot be used while in the cloak

(Jojishi No Jutsu)-Epic No Jutsu

Description: An advanced version of 'Subarashii No Jutsu', Jojishi No Jutsu creates a denser chakra aura around the user that lasts for a maximum of three turns. The cloak looks exactly the same as 'Subarashii No Jutsu', meaning that only sensors and dojutsu users can tell the difference. This cloak is capable of defending against chakra-enfused weapons, up to A-rank taijutsu (exluding Kaito's Tai, as it incorporates chakra to use, which will break through the chakra shield), and up to A-rank tangible elements (earth and water) by compressing itself into a small shield (slightly larger than 'Subarashii No Jutsu'). It can also defend against non chakra-infused weapons, B-rank and below taijutsu and tangible elements coming from different angles (up to two different angles). The aura also defends against A-rank and below ninjutsu, and B-rank and below intangible elements (wind, fire, lightning) by redirecting the chakra flow making up the jutsu around the user. It can also defend against up to A-rank genjutsu by sensing a disruption in the users chakra system, and returning to the user's body, breaking out of genjutsu similar to a jinchuriki. In addition to this, in a way similar to Gaara's sand, this jutsu can defend without the user being knowledgeable of the attack (can defend against a surprise attack).
Like it's weaker counterpart, Jojishi No Jutsu can also create arms, but at the same physical level as the users actual arms (without enhancements by weapons or chakra) to attack or defend from any angle of the cloak. The cloak also surrounds any part of the body performing taijutsu (fist, foot, sword, etc.) to enhance it's attacking power greatly, as well as being able to increase the speed, precision, and power of projectiles (kunai, shuriken, etc.) thrown from inside. This jutsu also makes A-rank and below ninjutsu take only one handseal to form (unless it requires none; ie. Rasengan), and has increased power (ie. if two A-rank ninjutsu clashed, the user's would win).
Unfortunately, due to the great amount of chakra required to use this jutsu, and maintain it, it puts a great strain on the users body, physically exhausting and harming them after the cloak dissipates. After the cloak leaves, the user is too exhausted to stand for one turn, leaving them vulnerable to their opponent. For the next two turns, the user can stand, but their chakra system is still too exhausted to allow them to use chakra, meaning that any jutsu with a chakra cost cannot be used during this time. They can also only use two jutsu per turn during this time. After those turns, the user is back to full power and can use chakra-required jutsu, and three jutsu per turn once again.

Note: ~Genjutsu, elemental jutsu, and Kekkei Genkai cannot be used while in the cloak

(Heruzugadian)-Hells Guardians

Description: A puppet pair, Akuma and Tenshi resemble oni (or demons) and are often used in conjunction with one another. Akuma is a bulky puppet with two powerful arms that can crack a boulder with two punches in succession. It has two horns on his head, both of which are attached to steel wires and can shoot up to mid-range as spikes to attack, or to use the wires to wrap around an opponent. A small compartment on its stomach can open up to reveal a small cannon which can launch a ball made entirely of explosive tags. From its shoulder blades he can shoot small steel wires that can attach to Tenshi's shoulders, and retract to pull the two puppets together. Should one of Akuma's arms be detached, the user can detach one of Tenshi's wings and reattach it to Akuma's remaining arm, the wing growing blades along the edge to become like Asuma's trench knives.
Tenshi is slimmer than its counter-part, and has a pair of wings that can retract onto its back, making the wings a part of his back instead of retracing to the inside of its body. Tenshi's wings allow it to glide along the air, propelled by Akuma, for an aerial strike, ready to retract at any moment for the puppet to drop like a bomb. Its stomach can retract into its body to reveal an area of spikes, mainly used for when Akuma attaches the wires on its shoulder blades to Tenshi's shoulders, and retracts in order to impale the victim. Tenshi's arms can bend backwards at the elbow so its hands are gripping the back of its shoulders, and from its elbows, Tenshi can shoot flames (short range, B-rank). In addition to this, Tenshi's wings are made from the same material as Salamander’s shield, and can also be used as shields (for up to A-rank jutsu), though the wings cannot extend very far; only being able to cover the top half of its own body, the user having to take cover behind Tenshi for the shield to be effective. Should one of Tenshi's arms be detached from its body, the user can detach one of Akuma's arms, and reattach it to Tenshi, giving Tenshi Akuma's strength in the one arm alone.

Finnally he slams his hand onto the ground to make 5 regular sized cats of chakra appear infront of him. Each of the cats are made from 1 of the 5 main elemental types. The earth one his the hardest and the slowest but it can spit out small rock projectiles. The fire one can cause small burns on what ever it touches and can also spew fire. The lightning one is the fastest and his bites/scratches cause numbness to the area they hit. The Wind one has extremely sharp claws and tooth that can stab into 10cm deep on the skin. The water one is very agile and can spew small bullets of water.
*All of the cats have as much health as a clone so 1 good hit would kill them
*The cats are destroyed after 3 turns from their creation
*Can only be used once per battle
*The cats posses night vision and senses equal to that of regular cats
*Even if they cant talk they can still "meow"(make cat noises) to warn the user

Description: Black Hollow is one of the sword that has made history of swords due to the damage that this sword did to the Nine Tails Fox during the attack of Madara Uchiha. This sword cut four tails of the Kyuubi during the old times of the attack that Madara Uchiha did to the Hidden Leaf Village. The sword use to belong to a rare guy named Kyuui (Peace) he used to be an Uchiha but he betrayed the Uchiha clan and he turn into a missing ninja he started to travel for over four years. When Madara Uchiha took the eye of his brother he knew about Kyuui and he went to look for him it took him over three months because kyuui was hiding. When Madara Uchiha finally found him they both made a plan to attack the Leaf Village but Kyuui found out what Madara Uchiha did so when he summon the Nine Tails Fox Demon kyuui cut four of the Demon tails because that wasn't part of the plan after the battle kept going the demon killed kyuui. Then, a missing ninja name Uchiha Sasuke found the sword on the battlefield it was under the leaf village before kyuui die he did a Forbidden jutsu that when he die the sword would be summon on a hiding spot and this spot was under the leaf village when Uchiha Sasuke found it during a research on the leaf village he start to understand what it was made for. The sword itself was made for peace. After a few months Uchiha Sasuke start to understand the sword power the sword have two different level of power one is speed and another one is physical thinking. The first, level of the sword is speed it increase the user speed four times better than, the normal user speed. Description: the user will raise 5 lightning pillars around the opponent at about mid-range from him. The pillars will then sink down into the ground all together sending a surge of lightning from each pillar to converge on the opponent ripping through the ground and creating a huge electrical explosion when they meet up at the center. The jutsu is cancelled if one of the pillars is destroyed before they go into the ground.
*Note: can’t use any Forbidden-rank lightning jutsu for the rest of the battle.
*Note: can’t use any lightning the next turn.
*Note: can’t use any S-rank lightning the turn after that.
*Note: can only be used by Toku.

Description: The user does four hand seals and slams his hands together. This causes a large earth pillar to rise anywhere within short-mid range from the user. At the top of the tower a lightning orb will activate and swirl around the top of the pillar. When lightning techniques pass through short range of the pillar, the orb electrifies the technique increasing it's power and speed allowing it to travel up to Long range. Another effect of this technique is that if the user (or his allies) enters short range of it, he can be (if he chooses) electrified as well and is sent to mid range of the pillar at high speeds in the direction they are facing(the lightning does harm the person). The tower will continue to regenerate if damaged but means that the user cannot use any earth techniques while this technique is in use.

Parent Technique: Ice Release: Demonic Ice Crystal Prison

Description: The user begin by creating a giant ice barrier, which will surround the user, or desired target. For the mighty guard technique, the user will then summon a water barrier in beneath the ice barrier. The two will act in a cycle feeding off the other. As the ice is chipped away, water will fill in through the cracks, and re form into ice, at a high speed, and keep the barrier strong, not allowing any attacks in. As well, the ice barrier can send spikes from the outer walls, and reform from the water, for those who venture short - mid range. The secondly part to this this jutsu is the grand prison technique which is almost the exact opposite in theory. Instead of place the water barrier beneath the ice, it surrounds the outer layer of the barrier, and thus keeping the target inside. As well, spikes can form from the ice wall, or fire from the ice wall, and pierce the target within (360). Both techniques are very strong, and only the strongest of attacks can actually penetrate and destroy the barrier itself, before it reform from the water. Furthermore, this jutsu comes with great risk as the user’s chakra is being drained in order to keep the jutsu active, making it impossible to perform more than 2 jutsu per turn while this technique is active.
* Last for two whole turn or till de active or if the barrier is destroy.
* This jutsu can also be use when Ice Release: Demonic Ice Crystal Prison active as well.
* Can only be use 2 times per battle.
* No Forbidden-rank jutsu before or at the same time this technique is performed.

-Declined. The idea behind this is too similar to other cannon techniques like the one you state yourself and also, to have this kind of manipulation of water you need to work on a molecules level-
