Then the user performs another hand seal, as a result 4 very sharp mud spears come out from the pillars and go towards the enemy really fast. Then the user can perform another hand seal, that way the 4 pillars will destroy themselves and as the pillars devide on hundreds of rocks, they possible do some damage to the opponent.

After biting his thumb and performing the required handseals, the user slams his palm down on the ground, summoning the boss summon of the penguin contract, Skipper. Skipper is a massive...three and a half feet tall, and weighs in at 100 pounds. But though his size is extremely small, he possesses the same strength as any other boss summon. Getting hit by a physical blow of Skipper will possess the same effects as getting hit by a physical blow of a large-sized boss summon.
Skipper combines his strength with the maneuverability afforded him by his small size as well as speed equal to a sailfish's maximum, to become one of the most Taijutsu-proficient summonings in existence.
He is capable of using any and all Taijutsu his summoner knows, but his most favoured weapons are a pair of bronzed three-foot salmon he carries with him. He uses these salmon in close quarters and smacks the opponent with them to break his bones, or to block any weapons used on him.
His next ability is what he calls his "smile and wave", a Genjutsu-related ability he shares with all the penguin summons. Skipper stops in one place, grins broadly and begins waving his flipper at the opponent, activating a Genjutsu that makes the opponent think nothing is out of place in that area, rendering him practically invisible, and even if an opponent possesses the capability to sense him, unless it is a bloodline, the opponent does not "want" to sense him, so he is still fooled.
Skipper also carries around a bobblehead doll with him, on his back. The doll is an object of dear affection for him, and he will go into a berserker rage if it is destroyed or damaged. The bobblehead doll can also be used as a distraction, since it possesses a foghorn-level whistle built into it, and whenever Skipper "kisses" the doll, the whistle blasts out blaring-ly to disorient an opponent and cause bleeding from his ears.
The technique does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
• Skipper can be summoned only once per battle.
• Skipper can only fight using Taijutsu, his one "smile and wave" Genjutsu, and his bobblehead-doll whistle.
• Skipper's "smile and wave" Genjutsu is only effective if he is either standing still, or moving at the speed equivalent of a normal walk. Any faster than that, and the Genjutsu is broken.
• Two-tomoe Sharingan and above, the Byakugan and the Rin'negan automatically break the Genjutsu.
• The bobblehead-whistle, can be directed in a particular direction to avoid the sound from reaching the user, but this is only if the user knows the Sound element. If he doesn't, then the whistle sound reaches him too, and he has to shut his ears before the whistle is blown, or he will begin bleeding from ears too.
• Taijutsu used by Skipper count as one of the user's three jutsu per turn; the "smile and wave" Genjutsu activation does not.

Rico is four feet tall, and weighs in at 120 pounds. Though his size is extremely small, he possesses the same strength as any other secondary non-boss summon such as Gamaken.
Rico is much, much faster than Skipper, and can move at thrice his speed. However, he is not as proficient at Taijutsu as Skipper.
He is however an expert at Kenjutsu using a pair of sushi knives, or a chainsaw, and has been known to slice through a large tower in one strike or turn bowling pins into sawdust within a few seconds. He uses his deceptive strength and great speed to outdo any human he fights in a sword-on-sword battle.
His next ability is what he calls his "smile and wave", a Genjutsu-related ability he shares with all the penguin summons. Rico stops in one place, grins broadly and begins waving his flipper at the opponent, activating a Genjutsu that makes the opponent think nothing is out of place in that area, rendering him practically invisible, and even if an opponent possesses the capability to sense him, unless it is a bloodline, the opponent does not "want" to sense him, so he is still fooled.
Rico's last ability is called "The Regurgitator". Rico possesses a storage seal on the inside of his throat, which holds numerous weapons, explosive notes, weird objects such as flowerpots and bicycles, etc. Rico can unseal one of them and instantly regurgitate it out of his mouth ready for use.
The technique does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
• Rico can be summoned only once per battle.
• Rico can only fight using his sushi knives and chainsaw, his one "smile and wave" Genjutsu, and anything he might regurgitate.

• Neither Rico's regurgitation nor his Genjutsu are counted as one of the three moves per turn of the user.


change needed - my only problem with both of these is even if they walk slowly, if you can't see them, sense them, or know you're in genjutsu, then they'll just hit you and it's game over... oh... and the chainsaw i don't like, just keep the sushi knives.​

Description:In this jutsu the user concentrates a large amount of doton and raiton chakra and then chains four handseals and an armour of earth forms around the user.The armour is not in direct contact with the user and due to the presence of air the user is not severely harmed due to the electricity.In this armour the user is invunerable to taijutsu attack(not Eig hyuuga and Kaito's) and the attacks of the user gain a boost due to the rock armour charged with electricity which numbs the part of the opponent hit.In this armour the user is highly vunerable to water style jutsus and cant use suiton jutsu while he is in the armour.If the user is hit by a suiton jutsu he is electrocuted and unable to battle.The armour can be shed at any moment the user wants via making a single seal(doesn't counts as a move).Also the user can eject the arms of the armour by using their fuuton chakra.The user can also form weapons made out of stone from the armour,the weapons are lightning charged and also numbs the opponent

Description:In this jutsu the user gathers his suiton chakra and then forms two handseals after which he releases a barrier(wall) of water in front of him(their is no contact of the user with the water after the wall has been made) which is 6 metres in height and about 2 foot in thickness hence blocking the view of the opponent and the user.This barrier can protect the user from katon jutsus and also can be manipulated to form 6 high pressure water projectiles (the trajectory of the projectiles is controlled by the user)which the user can form by making a single tiger handseal.After the projectiles are formed from the barrier ,the wall of water collapses.

Description: After releasing a normal weapon seal, The user summons a weird shaped Tin Staff, Its created from highly developed materials, its very light and harder than a normal sword. it looks a meter and a half long staff with a ring at surounding its upper edge that ends with an gray orb, the ring has four smalller rings and a scythe-like-blade on its left side of the outer side of the main ring, and a sword on the other edge. this technique must be used to activate this weapon's abilities and without it the weapon can be equaled with large shurikens easily, and to make it work the user must have a special tatto over his arms that allows him to transfer his chakra into the weapon which turn that chakra into a dark chakra [not dark release chakra, just chakra's like sasuke's when activate the curse mark] creating a layer of black chakra around it and chakra chains with a chakra knife-like appear out of the small rings, these chakra chains can extend for long range and can not be used as rods for any kind of chakra other than the user's because of the tatto's effect, these chakra chains are just like the chains kushina was able to pull of her body to restrain targets, this chains takes the same charactrizes as Kushina's except for being coming out of the weapon, this chains have multi uses like holding over the user's arm to make him able to send the staff into longer ranges, or restrain the enemy or attack him by pierce through their bodies, they are also able to move through hard mediums like the ground if was charged with lightening chakra by the user. it has on other ability which is contained it the orb it held, That orb can be used to use jutsus that require an arm usage like rasengen and chidori by simply using it to contain them and release them from it, however it does not effect the number of handseals or the jutsu's power at all, just maximize the range. this weapon because part of the user's chakra system when activated and that is one of its disadvantages, moreover, it turns the user's chakra to become more and more of dark chakra, this is another advantage since sensory ninjas can know exactly where is their enemy and to be able to know his location even if he was in the middle of hundreds, this weapon has extra fuuinjutsus features but it can not be used by someone who already learned fuuinjutus.

~Only needed to be used once to activate the weapon for as long as the user wants.
~-10 damages to the user for each turn this weapon is activated.
~This weapons abilities can only be used after this technique was used, and can only be used by -Theos. .

This vultures is the vulture Emperor's Knights. they have four large wings and two tails on their backs with two strong claws which they uses to stand on. They are very fast in the air, and they are similar to the Emperor and have claws out over thier upper two wings. they also has the ability to using lightening jutsus together to expand its range, but when they do that they will take 20 chakra points from the user for each time they do so making a rod to the lightening using formations and chakra.

~ Takes 15 chakra points for each turn they stays on the battle field
~ Must have signed the vulture summoning contract
~ Can not use more than one jutsu at time, and it would be spreaded through them as long as they are in short range between each other

how exactly are they spread among the group... do all 3 need to perform the jutsu as one? or do they all do it to amplify power... 1 more time i need to ask for clarification and it'll just get declined for good :/​

Declined... i seriously don't get the need for this. dust and earth projectiles that do no damage? only stops up to b rank sand? where's the point? and it's a rain jutsu... why would their be dust and earth projectiles in it?​

Remi is the size of Gamabunta, has silky white/black polka dotted fur, wears armor similar to that of samurai and carries a katana (fit for his size). Remis upper body is similar to that of a male human so he is able to perform handseals. With his sword sheathed Remi has amazing speed & agility, but with his sword out he is very sluggish and can be careless at times. He has a natural affinity for lightning chakra but can also use water jutsu.

Description: The boss of all lemurs around the world, mad genius, super amazing singer, KING JULIAN! King Julian standing at 14 inches tall, razor sharp claws, razor sharp teeth, the fastest and strongest lemur in existence. Don't be fooled by King Julians small form, for he is just as strong as any other boss summoning. All the strength boiled up in say gamabunta, who can easily level a house with his strength is boiled up in him as well. King Julian shares he trait all lemurs have, speed. However King Julian's speed is like no other lemur, he is so fast and agile that even the 2 tomo sharingan has trouble catching him. They say no human or animal has ever caught King Julian, lucky for them that is. King Julian also has a very special genjutsu only he can preform. The genjutsu itself is 2 parts, and can only be activated when the opponent can clearly see King Julians entire body. King Julian will scream out on the top of his lungs, "I like to move it move it" Once this happens the genjutsu is activated. The opponent sees thousands of lemurs pop out of the ground and dance along to King Julians singing, the opponent is so enticed by the singing that he is completely unaware of the fact that he is in a genjutsu and cannot sense(unless with a KG sensory ability. Not something granted by a weapon, say samehada.) any incoming jutsu. The second part of the genjutsu is activated once King Julian stops singing. All the lemurs instantly attack the opponent scratching, clawing and biting. The opponent tries to attack the lemurs but fails, the song that King Julian sings is stuck in his head, stoping him from getting off any jutsu without immense concentration, and with all the lemurs on him he cannot concentrate enough to preform a jutsu. In reality King Julian has run up into the opponents claws and he has been biting, scratching and hitting the opponents body dealing great amounts of damage. King Julian carries with him two pom-pom's made of grass. The Pom-Poms are his weapons, by focusing chakra into the grass King Julian can make the blades of grass razor sharp and shoot them at the opponent. Wind jutsus might burst the ball aswell.

Declined - mainly because if the opponent went to destroy the ball you could redirect it with pillars free of cost.​

I have adjusted it down to +10, and you were right, I did my math wrong, that number was way to low, so I fixed that too. It now amounts to about 1.5 time more force than a pro-baseball player bat force.

At the great cost of no ninjutsu, each of his plant used technique will gain a damage boost, and will remove any damage due to chakra loss, and chakra loss to upkeep plant related techniques. Being one with nature, Zetsu will sense anything that comes near to a plant. However entering this mode will require Zetsu to stay in a meditative state for 10 seconds, leaving him open for his opponent's attacks.

[Advanced Zetsu techniques do not deal damage for using them]

Description: With this technique, the user is able to inflict damage to the enemy, without drawing the sword, therefore without spilling any blood.
There are two ways of performing this technique:
  1. The first way, is an attack, after having parried the attack of your enemy. As the enemy tries to slash or stab the user, the user deflects the enemies sword with his own, sending it to the side (to the opposite side from where the sword came from), leaving the enemy open for an attack. In one swift movement, the user directs the hilt towards the enemies throat - upon contact, the user stabs the end of the hilt (the "pommel") deep into the enemies Thyroid Cartilage, commonly know as Adam's apple.
  2. The second is the same as the first one, just that now, the user does not use the parrying motion - this version is only a direct attack, when parrying is not needed.
The strike causes a medium amount of damage, but the enemy runs suddenly out of breath, and is given the impression of being choked - commonly know, when somebody is getting choked, he panics (it is a natural reaction, that cannot be avoided), and usually stops doing what he does abruptly, releasing everything he has been holding in his arms, and brings his hands to his throat, where he tries to un-choke himself. Of course, in about 3 to 4 seconds, the Adam's apple goes back to normal, and does not cause any further choking.

In reality King Julian has run up into the opponents claws and he has been biting, scratching and hitting the opponents body dealing great amounts of damage. King Julian carries with him two pom-pom's made of grass. The Pom-Poms are his weapons, by focusing chakra into the grass King Julian can make the blades of grass razor sharp and shoot them at the opponent. Or he can make them harder than steal and use them as clubs. King Julian is also a great master of the taijutsu arts, he claims when he was younger he was called "Kung Fu Julian" his skills in taijutsu can be equaled to an EIG master. Julian can also use his tail as an offensive weapon.

~King Julian's genjutsu does not count as one of the three moves the user can use. However any taijutsu(utilizing the jutsu on the jutsu list) do count.

~King Julian is very small and agile, combined with his natural sense of danger(that all animals have) he can avoid incoming jutsu by just leaping to the side.As long as they aren't to big
~King Julian can run on 2 feet or 4 feet. He prefers 2 feet and that is the speed that two sharingan have trouble keeping up with. However if he chooses to run on 4 feet his speed and agility are doubled.
