He has jet black hair which gave him the moniker Konoha's Black Blur. He also has unusual red eyes which leads many on first sight to believe he is an Uchiha. Arashi sports a black vest which is covered by a silver flak jacket with weapon and scroll pouches. On his arms are black arm warmers which are encrusted with metal plates bearing the symbol of Konoha. Above his left arm is his ANBU tattoo. He wears his forehead protector as a belt on his waist. Arashi carries a sword strapped to his back.
Personality:
Arashi is a calm and laid-back individual who knows how to have fun. However, when he is on duty, he puts on his serious face and his demeanour changes completely. He is brutal and will do anything to complete a mission, even risk his life. This is just proof of his extreme loyalty and love for his village. He has sworn to protect the Hokage throughout his life and not allow him to come to harm. Arashi is also manipulative; he knows how to get people to do his bidding and decieve them, or lure them into a trap. Overall, Arashi is a very complex person who many find confusing.

Background Info
History:
Arashi Yamazaki was born and raised in Konohagakure. He was born into a poor family with no ninja. He always wanted to carry on the legacy of one of his ancestors, a forgotten but great shinobi. He joined the academy at age 8 and excelled in every subject. Becoming a Genin when he was 10, Arashi found teamwork hard, always expecting to do everything by himself and trying to keep his teammates out of the way. Despite this flaw, he easily passed his Chuunin Exam at age 13. 5 years later, he became an Jounin. When he was 20, Arashi joined the Konoha ANBU and quickly scaled the ranks, becoming the leader of an elite ANBU platoon. While Arashi was on a mission, he met the Mandalore Clan. He really liked them and they had a great time together, so they let him join the clan and they taught him the secrets of how to use their abilities. Then he became Arashi 'Mandalore' Yamazaki.
