This idea would be a great help to members who want to look up great predictions without having to go through all the other predictions posted and also people who post predictions but aren't recognized would get the recognition. It would improve activity and also more discussions.
How I plan for it to be implemented. You create a mod or program designed for the predictions, like a vote box or click on an approved link, that only the members you choose can use, then you choose a small group of members (11 to 21) to vote. They look at all predictions, rate them and vote. If the number of votes for a prediction is higher than the number of non votes then it will become an approved prediction and a stamp, design, or marker will be placed on it so that other NB members will see and can avoid prediction they might not want to see.
Edit: It's not all about predicting the next chapter, no one can do that except Kishi. It's just about finding the great predictions. It encourages people to participate more and give many others more ideas for NB. This gives the members a better chance at looking at predictions they only want and also giving recognition to those who make them.
This system can also be used on many more things in NB.
