Background Info.
History:
He was born on the Uchiha clan on the early years before Konoha was formed. He used to be a kind and nice kid, always smiling, and trying to help others. However, although he had a happy personality, the ambient was terrible because of the clan wars at the time. Being on one of the two most powerful clans, he was safe from almost any clan, except for one: the Senju Clan. Both clan's rivalry was known through the ninja world and both clan's kept fighting each other for dominance.
When he was five years old, while part of the clan was busy fighting another clan who was trying to kidnap some Uchihas members to blackmail the clan, the Senju took advantage and made a sneaky attack on the Uchihas, causing multiple deaths. During the attack, Alucard's family was killed right in front of him. Something as tragic as that, happening right in front of the eyes of a kid, was enough to traumatize him and from that day on, Noctis' personality changed completely. He didn't talk to anyone during months and was always depressed.
Some years passed and with 12 years he already had a high status among the Uchihas, comparing to his age and the two tomoe sharingan, trained by Kaito and Akiza. He was sent to multiple missions which he successfully completed. He was always apart from other clansmen so he was promoted to do secret missions for the clan. Once more, those secret missions were done without any flaws until the day he was sent to spy and gather information on Senju.
He disguised himself as a Senju missing on combat and infiltrated the village. He gathered the needed information for two years. When he was about to leave the village, a men named Hashirama Senju - the most powerful ninja on the Senju clan - appeared in front of me and he said he knew what i was doing there and confronted me with the facts. We were about to engage in battle, when a fellow men - Uchiha Madara - appeared and saved me from certain death. He took me back to our village and i told him everything i gathered on Senju. With this huge help to the clan, Madara accepted me as his student and with his help, Alucard achieved the 3rd tomoe.
Three years passed and both the Uchihas and Senju made a pact and found a new village named Konoha - The Village Hidden in the Leaf. However, there was a problem. Hashirama and Madara were equals in battle and both wanted to become Hokage and lead the village. Everyone wanted Hashirama as Hokage, including the Uchiha Clan. Noctis didn't want Hashirama to be the Hokage, neither Madara so both of them planned a coup d'etat against him. Alucard was sent to where was found later, Amegakure, where he learned the arts of the rain element and gained one more weapon to his arsenal against Hashirama, while Madara looked for the Nine Tailed Fox and tried to control it.
After one year of training, everything was ready and they started the attack. With the help of rain, Alucard distracted most of Konoha's shinobis while Madara sent the Nine Tailed Fox to finish the village, altough the true objective of Madara was to kill Hashirama with the help of the Kyubi. The attack failed, Madara was said to be death and Alucard had to disappear to train to defeat the Senju clan

Sharingan Stage 3 ~ Sharingan with 3 Tomoe
Requirements: Must have stage two sharingan and more than 3 training sessions.
Description: This is type of Sharingan has 3 tomoe. It allows the user to perceive motions, copy the motions perceived, and predict motions. An example of this is during the fight between Sasuke and Naruto at the Valley of the End. Sasuke could perceive Naruto's motions, copy them, and than predict what Naruto was going to do next. Essentially, to Sasuke through use of his Sharingan, it looked like Naruto was going in slow motion. When active the user now has the ability to keep up with extremely high speeds and mimic taijutsu exactly. With this the user can now copy handseals done by an opponent, and use jutsus as they do. The user must however be able to mimic the techniques, for if they are not physically able to preform the copied techniques they cannot do them. The user can now pierce through visual B rank genjutsu and below. Unlike the previous
two sharingan stages this level has the ability to hypnotize a target. If however the target is too strong the hypnotizing with be ineffective. This can only be done on targets one rank below the user.
