Now you can't use any of the current ink jutsu (those are sai's ninja art jutsu) However with kirabi using more of ink in battle, ink can be added to your elemental abilities. As a bijuu and not as a custom ability. Therefore any jutsu that are created from your ink can only be used by characters containing the hachibi.
