Description: Creates a down pour of oil rain from the sky that is flammable and can be used with fire jutsu or any source of flame to ignite the oil.
Background Info.
History: Keotsu was the son of Tetsugi and Nyama Akarusa. They lived in the now destroyed Twilight village. The Village of Twilight was a small nation, mainly unknown, but very well know throughout the art industry. The village was well known for their exceptional glass work, and great music and composers.
Keotsu's father, Tetsugi, was a HERO, or their Village's equivalent of ANBU. Nyama was a scholar. On Keotsu's eight birthday, a man known as "The Guru" attacked the village, after Keotsu.
Keotsu was a "Twilight Child" or someone born on the same day as Samuel, his 4 times great grandfather, and the legendary "Warrior of Twilight", who was gifted with the power to use his special sword, Mikomi.
After the graduation ceremony at school, and saying good bye to his best friend Diango who was moving, Keotsu returned home, when the Guru's attack started. As he ran home, he was handed Mikomi's blade less hilt, the blade lost to the three hundred years since it was used.
After a large explosion, he hurried home to find his house in shambles, and up in flames. Not wasting any time, he ran quickly to Rena's house, his best friend, and the girl he would fall in love with, 8 years later. He found her, unconciuos, but alive.
After trying to find away out of the village, he felt a dark presence, and turned to find the Guru. Keotsu backed away, frightened for his life. He fell off a cliff, and as he fell, a strange orb protected him, and a voice, later reveled to be Samuel, who's spirit was stored inside Mikomi, protected him. Keotsu awoke, to find Rena gone, and him by himself.
He wandered the continent, drifting from country to country, searching for Rena and Diango. He eventually ended up in Konoha, where he decided to live; needing a permit to travel to the Land of Waves.
He was later assinged to a squad with Asuma, and when the finally got a mission to the wave country, they where ambushed by the Guru's servants. Keotsu, his chakra matching Samuel's, grabbed Mikomi, and the blade returned. He fought off the servant's and when they finally left the Land of Waves, Keotsu found Rena, by sheer chance.
That same night, Rena was kidnapped, and Keotsu left to find her. After several challenges, Keotsu was faced by two men, The Guru, and his best friend, Diango; he betrayed him for the Guru.
After an intense fight, Keotsu saved Rena, and returned to the village. A few months later, the Guru appeared again. A fierce battle ensued, and Keotsu entered the Existence form, the one way he was able to beat the Guru. After dying from shock, and being brought back by the lightening, Keotsu still has many more challenges ahead of him.
