Background Info.
History:
Heihachi Kaguya was one of the first Kaguyas, borned on the 3rd generation of the Kaguya Clan. At that time, most people of his clan had the abilitie to control Shikotsumyaku and they were peaceful. His clan was one of the most feared due to their KG.
Everything was peacefull, except when the Secong Great Shinobi World War started. The Kaguyas were the strongest amoung Mist Village people so they were called to war, they refused to attack other countries because they found no meaning on it. Through negotiaons, the Mizukage and the Kaguyas agreed on that the Kaguyas would only defend the mist village, and they wouldnt invade other countries. Mist Villages had one of the most powerfull armys at that time but they end being defeated by Konoha, that wond the war. Though Mist Village's attacks failed, it's defenses didn't. The Kaguyas defeat every single person that tried to enter in the Mist Village.
The war ended, everything was destroyed. Konoha was the victorious village, with the Mist, being the village with less damage received. With this, the Kaguya Clan turned over-confident and with consequence, turned on a barbarian Clan, fighting only by pleasure. Heihachi, seeing his clan turning in the only thing he couldnt stand, got out of the his Clan, to live apart from the wars and fights.
Heihachi stood around the Kaguya Clan but he didnt make any contact with them. He watched on the shadows, his entire clan, being even more sadist and barbarian every day. Some Kaguyas were sent to find and kill Heihachi but they were all killed by him, that by the time had mastered all Shikotsumyaku jutsus.
He still leaves near the Kaguya Clan, hearing some rumors about attacking the Mist Village, the Village which they once protected, his objective is now to stop that from happen
