Just out of curiosity what would you guys go with if given a choice or what would you recommend? Which would offer more jobs/salary? or would they be the same?

The difference is so minute that it doesn't even matter. ACS focuses on making software for day to day use, while CS focuses on building computer languages and such.

Both are glorious fields.
