Apple iPad Air 2: will it bend?

“The iPhone 6 Plus bends in your pocket!” This sort of titles are still fresh in our minds and now more Apple products have launched – the new iPads. So, will the super-thin Apple iPad Air 2 bend? You can probably guess the answer but someone recorded the test on video to the tune of €490 (at least I’m hoping he wasn’t using a 64GB iPad for this).
The video is 1 minute and 5 seconds long – that’s €7.54 a second!
Update: We also got a second video – this time the pressure is applied to the metal back of the Apple iPad Air 2 rather than its glass front. The tablet holds much better that way.
To be fair, we can’t expect a 6.1mm metal tablet not to bend. If anything I’m sure the thicker iPad Air will bend too if you push it hard enough. Still, you’ve been warned – be careful with your iPad when you pack your bags and try not to sit on it.

people always need something to bash apple cause they're jealoud and cant afford it. That's why they also say that samsung is way better. Im gonna get an iPad Mini and I can tell you why:
I don't know whether Samsung Tablet is better or iPad
I'm not experienced with technique

so I just buy it because It's by Apple. Apple's IOS desgin is neat, you find anything in a matter of seconds. Samsung has those million apps you dont know.

You've probably seen that fallacious picture of the i6 compared to a Nexus and automatically assumed it must be true.

It's not about what you've got, it's about how you use it and Apple has efficiency and maximisation in spades. It's even been proved in real-life tests and benchmarks that the 6 is faster than it's main rival, the S5.

Using benchmarks comparing it to the Samsung S5 when I didn't even mention it. Keep your benchmarks to yourself we all know the real facts. If Apple does have anything then they aren't using it. Since you wanna bash Samsung let me get rid of those benchmarks real quick.

What the **** is up with everyone and this apple products bending, if I tried to bend any f**king phone or tablet or laptop if would probably bend, everyone is just picking on apple now because originally the iphone 6 was found to bend, but in the tests the people conducting it apply quite a lot of pressure.

Don't get me wrong I'm not an apple only fan, I use other products but get over it.

I own an Iphone, and I love the thing. If we're talking about specs though, Samsung is better. U_U
