No its absolutely not
9/10 breaks are not because of Oda, because even when there is a break Oda is still working. So what's the point of a break then for him ?

Well considering the way the manga has been going for the past few chapters, I think Oda needed this break. This way we get a better chapter after the break.
Yes Oda isn't to blame but there are a lot of breaks. Weather it's because of some Holiday or for some reason Jump doesn't want a OP chapter that week? Whatever the reason is there are a lot of breaks.
Which is why reading this Manga is always better in Volume form.

Jump has 4 scheduled breaks every year and whole magazine goes on break when there are national holidays and author has the right to take breaks for research or some other purposes that's why we have breaks after every 3-4 chapters. I hope this has made you clear about how shonen jump works, so stop acting like you know everything and go educate yourself first bcoz you are nothing but just a dumb**** shitty cook!!!!!!!
Well it doesn't really matter what you think, because you're still not correct.
First of all I'm not a cook.
And it is so much more painful after your outburst that you still don't know what you're talking about.
Oda is not like Yoshiro Togashi who is famous for taking his own breaks. Oda has had some health related problems 2 - 3 years ago due to his busy schedule and unhealthy lifestyle. And because of that there have been a few extra breaks that his publishers make for him. This is done to ease his schedule every once in a while to FORCE him to work a bit less to prevent these risks in the future. Because if you would know anything about Oda it's that he loves to please his fans and that without those breaks he probably would end up in the hospital again.
And what you don't seem to understand is that in those breaks he doesn't fly off to Hawaii. He is still working on One Piece, researching and working on future chapters. Because at any time there is a 5-8 chapter buffer that is already ready to publish in case of emergency.
This man has a working schedule that allows him to sleep 4 hours a night, and he has been doing this since 1997. And the only thing you give him in return is shit when there are too many breaks for your liking so that you can't pirate his manga from the internet so that he doesn't gain anything from it either.
That's why entitled little shits like yourself need to sit the fu.ck down and wait for 2 weeks whenever SJ decides to break. And if that is 3 or 9 times a year. It's still not enough to give Oda a good nights rest.
