Double Rinnegan Madara it's very different from Juubi Jinchuurikin Madara.

Rinnegan Madara doesn't has Juubi power and immortality
The Juubi increases infinitely Madara's stamina, power and speed



Rinnegan Sasuke is miles away from Rinnegan Madara without Juubi.
Even with the Juubi in his body Madara can't counter Sasuke and received two fatal blows from rinnegan Sasuke

If JJ Madara wasn't immortal then Sasuke kills him rather easily. Without super regen from the Juubi, Madara just stays cut in half or gets cut into several little pieces by Sasuke.




Since Madara had to be a Juubi Jinchuuriki to surpass Rinnegan Sasuke it's more fair to compare him with sasuke's strongest form with his tailed beast PS with Indra arrow.

Depends what kind of madara and which sasuke. I imagine that adult rinnegan madara (talking about after his fight with hashbrown when he went into hiding) is inferior to adult rinnegan sasuke based off of sasuke's skill, but if mads can use mokuton at this time it may be tough one for both shinobi (I consider this fight to be the most fair that or EMS sauce vs EMS mads with no kurama)
