That's complete kurama yin + yang KCM Naruto with hamura powers. Toneri is actually using the rikudo mode he stole from Naruto to fight him. Don't know why Naruto didn't go to BM with yin and yang though. Because KCM can't even turn him into Kurama.

Imo BSM Naruto powered up with Hamura's chakra (equivalent of spsm)/Unicorn/Energy form Toneri are on par or little above Yin Hamura /Yang Hagoromo
