App store downloads are painfully slow

So, I have my iPad 2 for a long time now, and I just wanted to update Chrome. The iPad has been doing great so far, nothing wrong with it, but just this one time for some reason the downloads are too ****ing slow. I have done nothing to it, when the thing happened I tested the speed of my connection, nothing wrong, so I reset my network preferences and restart my router just in case. Did all that, nothing changed.

Is something wrong with the servers ?
