Apart from rikudou enhanced ninjas's,who can sense muu,for me it's only the contact sensors,coz someone was saying in a matchup between muu and minato,that minato senses muu despite ohnoki stating he wipes of his existence,and muu told ohnoki to get a sensor that his sensing is futile,he should get the kazekage,which means ohnoki is a sensor but could'nt sense him,so what do y'all think?

I'd guess that Sharingan/Byakugan users can sense Muu; he can hide his chakra signature, but not his chakra, itself.

A Sage Mode user should also be able to sense Muu's Natural Energy; Muu isn't even a Sage, so he can't manipulate his Natural Energy to hide it (even if it IS possible).

I'd guess that Naruto could sense Muu in KCM, assuming Muu has negative emotions / malice. Kisame evaded sensory-types by "blending" his chakra with Samehada, but his emotions were still detectable.

Kiba / other ninjas with a high sense of smell might be able to track Muu's scent. I mean, he smells like bandages.
