Finally, found a summary (credit to a user on mangahelpers).
The chapter title is “Welcome Committee”
- Levi’s Squad face off with Kenny and co.
- Kenny’s subordinates believe in Kenny’s “dream”
- Hanji is hurt by the woman with Kenny (!). Levi later tells Armin to look after Hanji while they continue to battle.
- The Crystal Cavern was created 100 years ago by a Titan, who also created the walls to give peace to humanity. The Titan also wiped humanity’s memories, and no one outside of the “bloodline” knows that this Titan existed.
- Only Frieda knows this history. At age 15, 8 years ago, Frieda ate Rod’s younger brother.
- At some point Kenny attempts to take the syringe and inject himself to become a Titan (To eat Eren).
- The Reiss family weren’t able to execute the full extent of the Titan power, and Eren is the continuing vessel that can hopefully do so.

Hanji: It's a trap door. Eren and our enemies should be inside. It'd be good if the terrain is as what I predicted...
Levi squad found the door to the basement.
Marlo and Hitch are keeping watch outside
Levi: I hope that detour, and that souvenir we prepared will not be in vain...
And guys... Are you prepared to dirty your hands?
Levi: ... Looks good to me.
"Our enemies are at least 7 people... And Levi should be among them..."
Kenny's subordinates are keeping watch at a pillar underground
notAnnie: Our best bet is to lure them in deep, and shower them with concentrated fire. However, our opponents can use 3DMG well, and I suspect they will enter, jumbled around
As you know, Levi was ambushed by us, and yet, he managed to kill 12 of our comrades
With the CMP and government conquered, we are in a terrible situation
We are better off dead than to surrender to them
However... that's also true as long as we live within the walls, right? We have an undefeatable enemy (titan), and we won't know when they will breach the walls, and proceed to destroy us all.
We joined the MP, joined the CMP, followed Kenny... in order to find some meaning in our meaningless life in this meaningless world
So let's believe in it till our last. Fighting our enemies here will earn us some time, and hopefully our efforts will be compensated then. We will turn this world inside out (T/N: She means to make the shitty world better). Let us believe in Kenny's dream.

Door is kicked open, and subordinates hold their breath, trying to lure them in as deep as possible
"(That is...?!)"
Levi squad throws a gas barrel in
And Sasha shoots at it with a fire arrow. It explodes
"Wtf! (Gunpowder...!! )

LM flies in on 3DMG
Hanji + gang throws more smoke bomb to obstruct their vision
notAnnie: I see... With this smoke as obstruction, we won't be able to aim properly
Levi: 35 enemies! They're stiffening up at the pillar up ahead!!
Continue with the attack!! Kill all the enemies here!!
notAnnie: Disperse!! Surround them with our numbers!!
Jean, Connie, Hanji follows after LM
Sasha and Armin provide support near the entrance with smoke and arrows
Armin: (It's just like Hanji's prediction, though... this place is really big...)
Hanji: (This can't be man-made... The walls are shining. Just how big is this place?)
Hanji goes further in, so she can use her 3DMG more effectively in the wide space
The idea to use smoke came from Armin
"Damnit! They wanna smoke us?! Where the hell are they!!"
Armin: (Anti-human 3DMG have one weakness. They can only aim their anchor and fire their shot in one direction. In other words, when they're moving, they can't shoot at whatever's behind them)
Jean used the smoke, and creeps up behind an enemy
Jean's attack is succesful
Armin and Sasha supports their teammate who's about to get shot with smoke and arrow
And Connie cuts one down
Armin: (Another weakness is the time it takes to reload after firing two shots)
Hanji dodged a shot, and cuts down an enemy, who is reloading
Kenny's subordinates are scattered around thanks to the smoke
LM closes in, and cuts them down one after another with their blades
"Wtf! That woman! She's a monster"
notAnnie: (This is... the end for us...! If only one of them... have an opening!!)
notAnnie dodges LM attack, and shoots Hanji
Hanji: You missed both shots badly!!
Are you looking for an early death too?!
Hanji closes in in an instant
SFX:
Hanji: AH
notAnnie drives her anchor into Hanji

Rod: Our enemies are closing in. Let's hurry, Historia...
Eren still chained up, struggling

Not one of the descendants, nor the humanity remembers the history of the world from 100 years before. No one knows where the titans came from.
Only one... and that is Frieda Reiss
Frieda not only holds the titan power, she also possesses knowledge of the world and it's history
She received the memory, and that power when she was 15. 8 years ago, right here, when she ate her uncle, my little brother
Frieda cries as she receives the injection
She eats uncle, who is chained up, with a face saying he knows what is gonna happen
Family watches on. Mama with tears in her eyes.
Rod: That is the duty imposed on the Reiss, the royal family.
Frieda inherited the "titan power" and "memories of the world" from her predecessor, her uncle
It went on, many times for many generations for 100 years
One person will hold the titan power and the memories. He/she is the walking encyclopedia of the world, and is entrusted with humanity's future.
But... not one of them told the public about it. It's proof that they inherited the will of the first king, who created this walled society...
Rod looks far away
Historia: ... Father?
Rod: ...! We got to hurry up...
This situation we're in, and the stupid situation with humanity fighting, and killing each other can be resolved if Frieda used her titan power.
We can even eliminate all the titans
Historia: ...I-If that's possible... then how did things end up like this?!
Rod: That's because... the titan power taken from Frieda is now within Eren
Only people who possess the blood of Reiss royal family can utilize the true power
This hell will not end as long as he remains a vessel
Historia: Eh... then...
Kenny shows up from above: heyheyheyhey...
Then unless the Reiss eats Eren, they can't become the real King?
Rod: ... That's right?
Kenny makes a face: T...Then, it's pointless for me become a titan and eat Eren...

Which doesn't seem like Ape. I guess there could be several "original/founding" titans like the ape and the titan from the story was one.

From what sense I can make of the summarys, seems like there might be more to the true power of the "coordinate" or Eren's "cry" than just controlling other titans. Plus theres that picture of the titan crying in front of what looks like the population. So Id guess that you can mess with memories with the "cry" power too - and Im guessing this is what they are referring to with the whole only the Reiss can make use of that power (Kenny mentioning at the end that even if he attained that power, it would be "useless"), perhaps only the Reiss can use the cry to erase memories on a large scale.
Yeah I forgot, Friedas form is pretty similar.
This is epic and stuff but honestly... one or two characters need to finally die. I start to not worry about them.
Nobody cares about Sasha and Connie, Historia is a dumb cu*t that needs to die, I hate Jean (liked him back than, but now he's just an annoyance) and Mikasa isn't important at all. I mean, what do we need her for? Eren and Levi are stronger than her and she herself has f'ed up more than once as a character to me.

I feel the same way, if Isayama is going to remain true to the "anyone can die" trope, then hes going to have to kill a named protagonist sooner or later. Although I think if anyone is going to die, itll likely be out of Jean, Sasha, Mikasa or Levi. Connie and Historia are still unresolved characters (Connie has that thing with Ape and Historia with Ymir) and I doubt Eren is going to be dying any time soon. Jean and Sasha don't seem to really be going anywhere as characters anymore so they are good candidates.
Yeah Mikasa just orbits Eren - I actually like her to be honest even though I feel she is overrated somewhat by fans- so if a main character is going to be killed, I think she is the better candidate compared to Armin since the later plays the role of the strategist in the group and doesn't seem replaceable (whereas Levi and Mikasa pretty much play the same role).
