Kenny suddenly jumped up to my top 5 characters list in this single chapter, what a magnificent bastard. Also Im pretty sure Rod is going to be killed at the end of this now, most likely will be eaten by Historia -only way I can see her not being killed after turning into a titan.

Edit: Wait I forgot, Rod isn't a shifter so eating him will do no good lol. Still think he will die tho.

It could either mean Historia's plan will obviously not go according to plan and fail or Levi's squad loosing Eren means their freedom being lost.
