Honestly it could go either way. It took 10 days for the fight between Akainu and Kuzan to finish, so it shows they were very close in power, so I say Kizaru is as strong as them, but right now I give this to Kizaru because of Aokiji's leg that it's made of ice, Kuzan is not at 100% since the fight with Akainu, so yeah, I would probably sai Kizaru with very high diff.

I still don't see one being stronger than the other, they both have there benefits. The only problem is that we only seen kizaru move at light speed only once.

That seems to be Onepiece top tier level (light speed reflexes) While Akoji/Crocodile are the only logia's not to get b*tched out by haki users. Even sea water can't harm Akoji...
