You're saying that as if Akainu wasn't even injured.
Kuzan didn't leave the marines "sore", he just didn't want to be under Akainu's control.
And still, you don't know what 'rape' means in this context. If Akainu was toying with him the whole time and didn't get injured, then it'd be considered rape.
Also, why aren't you concerning yourself with the more relevant posts?
