Akoiji fought Akainu for ten days, Extreme diff. By hype and past feats he is at least as strong as Akainu, who MAY! have won becuase he has a slight DF advantage. So i doubt it will take him too long to mop the floor with Doffy.
When they met Akoiji had no real reason to fight doffy other than the fact that he attacked a marine. If Akoiji would have fought and killed or injured doffy he would be an enemy of the marines.
