aokijii vs Akainu reminds me of Madara v Hashirama.. the battle sounds like a very sick battle but we haven't seen it.. can't wait to know more about it

Thanks for sharing, didn't know such a thing happened to Aokiji. I think Akainu probably has a few scars from his fight, nothing to seriously handicap him (otherwise Luffy striving to surpass him would seem less impacting if Akainu is a cripple). I was never aware that the fight for Fleet Admiral was essentially a death battle, pretty barbaric.

Yeah, I managed to watch some of the movie online and Aokiji is there in one scene. The leg thing is definitely true; him and Luffy then discuss Akainu a little (couldn't understand the Japanese though).
