Seeing how Aoda is from Ryūchi Cave and Katsuyu is a Shikkotsu Forest, would it be able to use a sage technique like Gamakichi? Seeing how they are descendants from the sages (white snake and ma and pa)?

Probably it can. Those three summonings seem to have common points; and it would be weird if the others than toad can't accomplish something like that.

Did Aoda flee by the way? He went to his "home" last time i recall.
Maybe Sasuke can guide him to attack Obito. He seems like a dood who follows the orders.

Most likely but Sasuke dismissed him right before he used amaterasu on the 10 tails I think

It is possible giving that kabuto learned sage mode from the snakes
