Ao may start conflict between the Leaf and the Mist

By him attacking any ninja from the Leaf it will put Konoha on alert that the Hidden Mist is not to be trusted because Ao even though he's been absent from the Mist and presumed dead, he's still affiliated with the Hidden Mist. Thoughts?
