I’m pretty sure he was trolling but be honest, do you really think they’re going to pull out a Rinnegan equivalent so early in the series? Especially against 3 kids and 1 Jonin. Ask yourselves, what could the villains that come later in the story possibly have that shits on the Tenseigan? Unless he’s talking about the weaponized tenseigan version that shoots lasers, then that’s more conceivable.
