With the Kote device and the addition of this device we have more reason to believe that Ninjutsu will soon become obsolete, as the underworld (KARA) has two frightening tools at their disposal.

One that can absorb Ninjutsu and another one (with captured Ninjutsu via seals) can expel it.

Maybe even combining the two like Momo's rinnegan.


What is stopping Kara from unleashing these tools to thugs and criminals all over the Narutoverse, be they shinobi or not?

Things are about to change.

Tru. Ao was an Anbu, so he could of been trying to act a certain way. But it's unclear who he is.
