I'm new to Paypal, have used it as my payment time onyl two times and it's the third. When I order good from Ebay or any eu wholesaler, I get a link to settle my payment, where you can choose bank transfer or paypal. Because Paypal has much lower fees, i'm starting to use it insted.
But now, there appeared a problem. When I click on the link, it says "service is not avbailable, try again later". At first I thought it's their problem, but this "mistake" or whatever occurs even now, and already 2 days have passed so i cannot settle my payment ;/
I have contacted the sender and asked him to provide me with the link one more time which he did and the same thing appeared.
Well is it the link problem or my problem? ;//
Cause it sucks I'll have to pay banking fee.
