Back when I was like 11 in Pennsylvania there was this crazy tv show with kids and teens

MCS dude in a wheel chair with his own "army" who was pretty much the leader two blond brothers the older his right hand man two twin black girls deadly fighters hated the
MC wife also blonde and actually go I to a fight with one of he twins not a cat fight an actual weapon duel
who married him for peace even though she liked the older blonde bro she led another group which was some red head girl a white guy with black hair almost deadlocks who liked one of the girl twins and got strapped to a chair and was shown some video to break his mind
The way they were dressed was like the people in . The 100 the grounders I lost track of this show and could not remember the name of it yet I can remember their faces
