anyone think kakashi is near the point of dying again

Nah he is a main character and kishi doesn't kill off main characters but even though he dies he will comeback to life and that is what hapened when Nagato revived everyone who died during that arc.. Well almost everybody.

i hope he die with an epic fight against Tobi, Kabuto or Sasuke,Kishi didn't gave him a chance to let him fight without to have to save others :/
Zabuza he needed to take care of tazuna and team 7
Itachi he needed take care of Kurenai
Deidara he needed to take care of Naruto and team Gai
Kakuzu he needed take care of team 10
Pein he needed take care of the whole amakachi clan

Now it's litle better he's fighting Tobi and Bijuu and there are no weak teamates to save their ass around.

I see Naruto,Kakashi and Gai been the strongest from Konoha which both surpassed/will surpasse the 3 sannins .

not exactly. a death adds deepness to the character (but the death should be epic and character should return back to life, in this case).

making a character have a second death wouldn't add anything. it would just go to a waste.

- "you bastards!.. wait didn't that happen before? how many times does he have to die :|"
