Considering the fact that in the span of several years it went a massive shift in terms of technological prowess, with the usage of computers(as seen with Hokage Naruto), goggles and of course the massive city center behind the Hokage Monument with it's skyscrapers clearly present. I would be lying if I said that I wished that applied in the real world as well on how fast technology can advance.

Yes, but this is how it is in real life. 10 years ago technology was so different. Compare a mac in 2004 to now, or a Gamecube to a Wii U. It's insane how fast we've evolved, and it's cool Kishi showed evolution in his manga. Btw, New York may have been an influence to all the skyscrapers as Kishi has said he really wanted to go their and liked it.

I don't find it surprising. The world is essentially at peace. Everyone is working together. We already saw that they had security cameras and televisions, not to mention their brain linking devices back at shinobi hq. They can spew out essentially whatever resource they want out of their mouths. Actual construction wouldn't be hard because people can walk up walls among other things.
