Chunin who went to the hidden Rain to be a Jonin + steal the Second's sword?
Looking back, that was the most contradictory filler episode ever.
Why would the leader of Akasuki allow this man, who could be a spy, into his rank, and not take that sword?
Pain can use lightning release, why not kill Aoi as he is a missing nin(so no one suspects that he died during a mission) and take this weapon for his own uses(reverse engineering, use as weapon, ect.)
When this was made, no one knew about the rain, but looking back, it's horrible.....
