The last two panels , you can see Naruto and Sasuke getting up . But they were already "uprise" when they touched Hagoromo's staff . By this , resutls that Naruto and Sasuke have woken up in reality , finally .

This also means we won't be seeing Hagoromo anymore .

Yep, and also paired along with the hands is the staff. The sun "end" of the staff is above Naruto, and the moon "end" of the staff is above Sasuke.
