rinnegan was a mutation following hagoromos absorption of the juubi

quite possibly they both had byakugan prior to this

Nice one didnt notice that before. And n.a. naruto should have a eye change as much as I want to he shouldn't the way he is now is what makes him naruto you know he's never had eyes it makes sense that sasuke got new eye so im fine with naruto not getting a eye.
