naa i think it was made b4(after/at same tym of founding leaf) nd as founders those statues were created ,nd think abt it after madara turned evil knowing that who will make his statue

The person standing on Hashirama's and Madara's statue are Naruto and Sasuke.
Because Sage asked, "I believe you know what happened with those two" thus showing the part 1 finale.
