Nvm I see him. I had to click on the banner and view the image, for some reason on my phone I couldn't see the full image just bein on the base

Hours ago, I was like where was Neji when I first saw it and then I saw a comment about the tribute to Neji, so I looked around and saw him. Love the banner.
