Anyone missing TLA ?

I was watching the old episodes of TLA Book 3 .. Its not like I hate LOK but anyone else thinks that the writers should have kept the series going and told us more about azula's fate and zuko's mother .. I know the comics are coming but shouldn't the anime be best for the job ? IDK why but I suddenly miss the old friends =(

TLA was amazing. I think LoK is really good too but I definitely prefer the original (better characters, story IMO). Although Amon (before his identity was unveiled) was such an awesome villain and LoK has pretty epic bending fights.

LoK season 1 is the best season so far, but season 2 is one of the worst so I'm not sure which I prefer, but LoK is more mature as TLA is kinda Good vs Evil

Yes! God yes. TLA is the non anime show. And instead of TLA continuing we get comic books and LoK. LoK is garbage. Season 1 was ok only because of Amon. Season 2 is rubbish.

No. Avatar is my favorite thing ever and I'm glad I got 3 amazingly solid seasons instead of 200+ episodes of hits and misses. The comics is a great optional fill in and Korra is an amazing new story set in that world. Plus, Avatar lives on forever in our hearts.

Yea I missed TLA, imo it was better than TLK. I liked the goofiness of the series and it overall seemed well written. I think the books told something about Azula and Zuko's mother.
