Anyone know this Anime?

[Sea Of Thy Soul]

I only remember an old - maybe middle aged detective looking for his daughter, his only lead is a lone shoe his daughter left behind when she was but a small child before her unfortunate disappearance.

Also, there's this girl who looks identical to Hatsune Miku, the only difference being her hair is much greener in colour. Later she is revealed to be a combat cyborg with super human strength created to battle these mechanical looking battle tanks (similar to Ghost in the Shells mobile tank bots). She mostly wears an Orange flak jacket without a logo and orange cycling shorts finished with a pair of combat boots - from what I remenbes.

There's also this girl named Rose (I think...) she has blonde hair, green eyes and wears a blue long sleeved sun dress(?)

Anyone can help me? Tried searching it in google but I just can't find it.
