kissanime.com has The Last. One is a cam rip, the other is in Korean and the other has an audio cam rip.

I'm gonna wait till better quality versions come out though.

Korean version has excellent quality, although some parts of the movie the english subtitle is kinda retarted.

Korean dub something different but so want to hear them in jap and lately subtitles in most of these rips make no sense

The best option is probably on KissAnime watching the movie with the Japanese dub camera audio. Picture quality is good of course, but audio is pretty crappy and the subbing is pretty bad that it actually made me laug out loud a couple times. I pushed through, still enjyed it with the crappy audio and subtitles and i'm still going to watch it when it comes out with the proper sub and Japanese audio.
