I live in Europe so I will get the game about 2-3 days left until friday, however I've heard somewhere around North America already got the game, is that true, or is it only Japan who got it?

Not worth it, its generations 2.0 only reason i could say u need to pick it up is if 10 tails junchu DLC comes out, or if u enjoy online alot.
