Anyone had a Depression once?

I once had a depression because at some point it really takes too long get over it

Maybe someone can relate to me so in fact maybe someone of you had a depression once too

Well i know its a weird thread but i wanted to ask

I think all of us did every once in a while in our lives, it is in our nature as humankind to feel depression since life never goes as intended despite trying our hardest to go against it.

In my case, that was in late 2013 when I lost my ex who ran off with the person she was cheating with, after I helped her both financially and getting her back on her feet after we both fell hard for each other with me being silly into believing that life can be so simple and easy, and unfortunately drastically changing my mindset on women as a whole.

We all need to deal with it, all that can be done is either share it or to attempt to continue on despite what is being thrown at us on a daily basis.

I have had my fair share of depression. Talking to someone u trust really helps in these situations. Believe me, it may be hard at first but it's the 1st way to recovery. ^^

Im really hard depressive so to the point that i forgot how i became like thiss now i have an illness that because of the unending stress my hair turns gray fast well i dont care for my own self that much anymore so no big deal but still i got many depressions my first was because of the bad treatement and loneliness in school but during that time my father was really bad to me so home and school beccame an Inferno to me

You dont beleive that but because of my unending stress i dont really care for me My situationis so hard to explain
i also have the trouble whatever i say its my fault also people tell me imnot normal but i just try tostruggle in my brai wbat theymean but i cant i just cant see it also my issue of letting myself provoked by others or rumors other sayconfuse me everyo e tells me to ignore the people i rry but i cant when so eone is provoking i get angry theressomething the most people have to continue to go on and i dont have but the problem i dont know what ilack there is a special kindof personality ineed

well sorry its complicated my whole mind is unfortunately a mess another new thing because of all the depressions i found only three thing letting me feel joy one is to eat and drink especially coffe, seco d is trainingsportsalone or with quietolder peopleand lettkng m anher out with destruction of things or attacking but i cant attack its not allowed

I dont k ow how i should put it but the person i used to be some years ago is dead sorry its realy complicated i hope you understand

i had depression before, well, it is really hard to cope especially if it was a major one, what I did was I averted my attention and thinking to more productive stuffs, I talk to fam and friends, I rather be busy than not do anything at those times, and of course there will be quiet times too, that's the time of crying. xd
Well, just be strong, you can get over it, be wise.

Hopefully you get better. Try to focus on things that you enjoy and that are productive. It seems like your problem is that the people around you make you angry, well you know your problem better than I do, but try to put that anger into something that will make you successful or that you enjoy. Try finding someone to talk to if you think that might help.

yeah, early 2014-early 2015 I was pretty depressed, but then a friend of mine just talked to me all day, and it just disappeared...

kinda weird, I know.
