Anyone good with sound Isolation

my problem is i am trying to sub the movie in my own way, I have the movie playing i recorded the sound but it is in Chinese and when i went to translate the audio file to text it did not go so well does any body no any programs were you can ISOLATE sounds..example i want to isolate the background music so it does not inter fear with the translation but i can not find a good program can any one lend a hand..

Dude i didnt ask for chinese it just happened that way so thas why i want to SUB IT INTO ENGLISH like it makes a difference what language its in, not like you fully understand jap so im sure if the sub titles are in English it wont make a difference
