Anyone excited/sad about the ending of the manga ?

I won't lie, it is a bit of a weird feeling counting down the days of the ending of one of my favorite manga series, despite the good and ill that it went through at times.

Reading it the moment it came out, discussing it with (the reasonable) fellow readers of the series, always getting into the characters on trying to figure out on what they are planning to do next or relating to them to some degree.

I been reading this series ever since Part 1(around the time of the Retrieval), so I would be lying if I didn't felt anxious of the ending of the manga series and knowing that this will be the final week where I will discuss with fellow fans on a new and final chapter.

Maybe it's just me being a tad emotional, but it's the feeling I received when I watched the last episode of Dragonball all over again, when Goku said "Till we meet again!"

Honestly, Sasuke could have easily killed Naruto in their final fight, but the hero always gets a corny/happy ending. =D

Of course I'll miss it. We knew all year it was supposed to end, but when the date was announced, it was still a bit sad.

It's sad for me to say that I will feel alot worst when the Anime ends, because you'll have the music and the colors and the ability to both see, hear, and FEEL the dramatic finish. Regardless, I only joined the manga around mid-year 2013, so it hasen't been much of a part of me. I haven't even watched all of the anime, or read all of the manga. Most of my knowledge of naruto comes from looking at the wiki and playing UNS2/UNSG/UNS3

In my honest opinion I am not really gonna miss this manga all too much.

Kishi pretty much ruined the whole manga for after the Pain arc where his consistency and fluidity went out the window. There are a lot of questions he's left unanswered and he dragged on the War Arc far longer then he should have. He put himself in such a closed box that he left himself with no real time to end the manga properly. Quit sad honestly.

Of course, this is my personal opinion on the manga.

I feel nothing but dissapointment. I was hoping that when Naruto was over, I would be able to go back and read it and enjoy it. But I won't be able to because of how things went down.

I have mixed feelings about it myself. I'm excited to see what will happen and how it will and end but I'm also sad because i've been reading it for since the beginning it's become a ritual waiting late till the chapter is out reading everyone's theories opinions and ridiculous assumptions. It's going to be bitter sweet

I'm glad its finally over.

I've been reading the manga and haunting Naruto themed forums for years and finally, its ending. I'll never have to worry about checking up on it weekly/monthy every again.

Kishimoto has confirmed, with what appears to be the wrapping up of this story, that indeed, the Japanese are some of the worst storytellers in the history of entertainment.

This entire story, when it comes down to it, has been a huge disappointment.


Thank God it's ending. The curse of having to know what happens is finally being lifted.

I say i'm sad that its ending but I don't want it to continue I just want to get sentimental about it, I've been following this story for 8 years and read every chapter each week here or on manga stream since 2010 I've invested alot of time into this story and these characters but it had to end sometime.

I am sad Its ending but i knew it was coming to be honest a friend was the one that got me into Naruto I did not think i would like it but i was wrong they showed me Naruto, when Part 1 was over I watch the anime i never read the start of the manga i started reading it after I had finished Part 1 in the Anime tho it has been awesome.

I will miss waiting for a new chapter but I am so looking forward to the movie Now I am happy NH has been confirmed
