There is no one in the series that die as a real villian.A real villian is someone who will not get tnj by someone (example nagato, obito) ,they do what their evil mind desire and accomplish it with no simpathy.

When oro died he was still evil and I'm pretty sure now that he's back he still is evil
Also I don't believe madara will change his mind

Obito did get defeated a villain. A villain can regret yknow, it was for a split second. He was uncertain in his resolve, not become a good guy.

And the guy was never a pure bastard to begin with so why would he die as one?

Madara is pretty much the most heartless and complete monster villian. He doesn't give a shit about anyone. Although at the same time, Madara is trying to achieve the dream of a very good person and that is to bring peace upon the world.

I am not sure if he is good guy or not.

Kisame wasn't evil though. (¬‿¬)
You don't have to be evil to be a villain. the definition of villain is someone who opposes the hero which Kisame is. Technically, Kisame would be an anti-villain. Anti-villain are light compared to a the pure villain as an anti-hero is a darkening of the hero. According to tvtropes, "The Anti-Villain is a villain with heroic goals, personality traits, and/or virtues. Their desired ends are mostly good, but their means of getting there are evil." Like Sasuke and most Naruto villains, he would be type 2 anti-villain. the world has made him to be evil. He doesn't want to be evil just to be evil. the world made him to be evil. If you want to know more about this then you ever want to know, google "tvtropes Sliding Scale of Anti-Villains"

Hanzo didn't die as a villain, he redeemed himself in the end

Kisame wasn't really evil

and I'm pretty sure Sasori let himself get killed and also redeemed himself a bit

Danzo's not a villain either.

so list is pretty short
