Well the other day I saw a man at the side of the street while I was in the car. He wore a long black cloak that reached the ground that had a hood and you couldn't see his body at all. I was watching him while we were at the red light. For a good few minutes. He was just standing there. Nobody noticed him. Then a car came up and stopped at the red light too and blocked my veiw for a few seconds. When the light went green he drove away before us and the man was gone. I still don't know what it was.
