Are you kidding? Many children are blonde at first then grow up and their hair changes. I was blonde until I reached 8 and my sons hair is the same.

My best friend in school had ginger hair until he was 8 then it went brown. Tobirama is much more realistic than the freaky 2 tone hair of his dead brother
